Do you do commission work?

The short answer is, that depends upon the scope and nature of the piece. The best way to know is the reach out to me via the “Contact” page. If we are both in agreement, we can work out the details.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No! You can purchase and check out as a “guest”. If you do create an account it will be easier for you to make your next purchase 🙂

What is your cancellation policy?

I will only accept cancellations if I have not purchased the stone or started creating your piece. Orders for “in stock” pieces cannot be cancelled unless I haven’t mailed them out yet. Please email me asap if you need to cancel an order or production for any reason. If cancelled as outlined above, I will refund your purchase in full within 14 days of receiving notification of your cancellation.

What forms of payment to you accept?

I accept most credit cards for payment.

How do I change my personal info?

You can update name, email address and other personal information from the “Settings” section.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can. Please contact me and I can email you your invoice. I also provide a hard copy of your invoice in your package.
